Our unique and interesting offer includes assembly, disassembly, loading and transport of various machines and industrial installations, especially those oversized. We can deliver machines to halls and other locations defined by clients with perfect accuracy. In order to achieve this high level of precision we use modern air- cushion technology, which quickens and facilitates all necessary works. We have designed and manufactured specialist equipment for loading and unloading heavy machines (up to 120 t). Choosing our services, our clients don't have to spend a lot of money on hiring cranes - we offer services at competitive prices

CONSTRUCTION OF PAINT SPRAYING LINES

Our special offer includes designing and constructing paint spraying lines for painting plastic elements with water based paints or solvent paints. We can deliver a complete installation for such lines with operation and maintenance manuals for all machines. We provide also maintenance, repair and modernization services for existing paint spraying lines as well as their assembly, disassembly, relocation and start-up.
Our lines are used by such companies as: KNAUF Industries (Poland, Russia, France), EKA Production, Groupe Plastivaloire, Nature of Surface (Russia).

ASSEMBLY, REPAIR AND WELDING SERVICES

Our basic services, include:

- repairing all king of machines and industrial equipment;
- designing and constructing metal structures - platforms, stairs, halls, steel mezzanines - using both carbon steel and acid resistant steel;
- designing and constructing all kinds of industrial installations, pipelines, hydraulic fittings and mechanical ventilation systems.

Our own plant with well-equipped production/repair hall enables us to carry out major repairs and prefabricate metal structures. We cooperate with experienced designers therefore our offers include complex solutions both for designing and execution works. Our qualified workers and engineers, certified in welding by European authorities, guarantee the highest quality of provided services.
